During this Chinese New Year – Hong Kong’s hottest on record – it seemed hard to remember that this is normally a chilly or even cold time of year.Though plenty of people were out in summer type clothing this time, in the past have usually had to wrap up warm – as in this photo, taken only a few years ago on Cheung Chau waterfront.
