Just Wikipedia info on Cheung Chau's renowned, Olympic gold medal winning windsurfer Lee Lai Shan, at:

Mentions her being known as the "Windsurfing queen" - not surprising; but the only Quote from her - and it's given prominence - is hardly exciting:

"Hong Kong athletes are not rubbish!"
(after winning gold in Atlanta, 1996)
