Just Wikipedia info on Cheung Chau’s renowned, Olympic gold medal winning windsurfer Lee Lai Shan, at:

Mentions her being known as the "Windsurfing queen" – not surprising; but the only Quote from her – and it’s given prominence – is hardly exciting:
"Hong Kong athletes are not rubbish!"
