Housing complex seemingly taking forever to build, southeast Cheung Chau.
As and when completed, it will be interesting to see if there’s high occupancy, or more like housing at Tai Kwai Wan, and New Villa Cecil… [And, quieter roads/ paths in the area, without streams of village vehicles going to and fro!]
